NYC Anniversary: Elizabeth & BJ
Liz Langford is one of my favorite people on the planet. She is funny and driven, loyal and cares so much for everyone around her. Plus she is just beautiful, both inside and out. She is the co-host of Showit Live, and as such knows hundreds if not thousands of photographers. So that’s why when she contacted us to do an anniversary session with her & her husband BJ all around NYC this summer….we were over the MOON!
We met up with these guys first at their hotel room where we got some of my favorite images right off the bat of the two of them getting ready together! Hot-cha-cha. :) Then it was time to make our way all around Central Park. We have shot in the Park several times before, but there was just something so different about it this time. The light was different…more beautiful than before. The vibe of the city was different, as if we had it all to ourselves. And somehow the meaning of the shoot was different, documenting a marriage as beautiful as the one these two have. They are just so good together. They love and respect one another. And they are a shining example of what marriage should be. Liz & BJ we LOVE both of you! Here are just a few of our favorites from our amazing day together! We can’t wait to see you again soon!
SO much love

WOW. I can’t even express how amazed I am with these! Absolutely gorgeous black and white photography, I am so envious. Great work you guys!
Iconic. That’s the first word I think of when I look at these images, true to the J&M style. These are stunning! Love the ones of them twirling, and I think my favorite is the reflection image of Liz from the hotel room.
