So we’ve been working on bringing all of the details together for our upcoming Walk Through 2.0 on June 29th, and one thing that we knew we wanted to do was a panel of wedding industry folks to bring an outside perspective for what they are looking for from photographers/ how to get more weddings with top vendors and planners. We also wanted to invite people who could speak personally about creating their own luxury brand & client experience, as well as speak about getting published and the state of the industry as a whole.
And holy moly. We asked, and they answered!!
I am SO super, super psyched to announce the line up for our guest panel of industry leaders is being headlined by none other than our good friend the fabulous Miss Abby Larson (of Style Me Pretty fame!!), as well as an all-star cast of New England’s top of the top. We’ll have Yumiko Fletcher of Hana Floral Design, Sarah True of True Event, Anna Lathrop of Gourmet Galley, Beth Chapman of The White Dress by the Shore, and Jennie Fresa of the Jennie Fresa Beauty Library on hand. They will all be here hanging out at our home in CT for the first part of the workshop, where you guys as the attendees will get to ask them all of your most burning questions!

What is Walk Through 2.0?
Walk Through 2.0 is a workshop designed specifically & exclusively for Walk Through A Wedding alumni. Our aim is to take everything that we cover in the first generation Walk Through and take it to the next level. A place where we would be able to get into even more advanced lighting techniques and set ups (including multiple light sources & modifiers), posing, custom camera functions, specialty lenses, and the “Why” in action.
But we also knew that we wanted to dig deeper into the business & brand that goes into shooting the kinds of couples & weddings we want. So in addition to all the above, this six hour workshop will also include:
*A mock initial client meeting in our real meeting space, just like it goes down in real life.
* A behind the scenes look into the workflow & customer experience that keeps our business running.
* A personalized discussion on cultivating brand power and brand consistency
* The ins & outs of working with planners, coordinators & vendors on more detail oriented weddings. (And how to book more of those!)
