Happy Tuesday friends!! I can’t believe that in just a little less than a month, we will be welcoming attendees from ALL over the country (Florida, Texas, California, Baltimore, Virginia, and a bunch from the midwest!) to our home for our June Walk Through a Wedding workshop! That one is super exciting because it will be our first ever THREE day workshop, with an additional day added for the sole purpose of being able to work hands on with us and put into practice all the lighting, posing & nailing the shot in camera (to get your LIFE back) info that we cover on the first day! We think this is going to be so amazing because it gives attendees the chance to start putting everything into practice right away everything from the day before and getting those same results themselves every single time…but with the huge added BONUS of having us right there to work through any questions that come up while they do (it’s almost like getting to take us home with you after the workshop!) And then we bring it back on Day 3 for all the BUSINESS that goes into running a thriving company! Ahhh we just can’t WAIT to meet our June group!
So in honor of that & because we’re getting so excited, we thought it was the PERFECT time to share the styled shoots from our Feb workshop (and April coming soon!) I say “shoots” because for our workshops we actually have TWO styled shoots to give people even more to shoot and more time to push themselves & try something new! Our February theme was “Miss Dior” and it came out perfectly with black velvet bows, black lace bridesmaids dresses, and all those STUNNING pink David Austen roses that Carrie Wilcox turned into a blush dream!! And when you add in the fact that our “reception” was at a confetti factory, we were pretty much in heaven! These amazing two days could NOT have happened without an insane line up of creative genius (see the full list below!) and we are just in awe that we continually get to work with the BEST of the best on these workshops! We LOVE every one of them!! Here are just a few of our favorites from the workshop! And be sure to scroll through to see what our amazing attendees had to say!

“I can’t remember the last time I felt this inspired to work! My head is still spinning from the Walk Through a Wedding Workshop with Justin and Mary! Seriously, I can’t get over how incredible the whole experience was. I am so pumped to take my business to the next level so I can better serve my clients. I wish I could take the workshop next month just to learn more and hang out with you two again!!” -Kristen Phelps
“To say I loved this workshop is an understatement. I highly recommend the Walk Through a Wedding workshop to both new and seasoned photographers. I have been in business for 5 years and still learned SO much and was pushed to take that next step. This was worth every penny and more. Thank you for being so inspiring to me and my work.” – Kate Murray
“Here’s to two people opening their hearts… Wording the broken that’s made the whole, sharing the rubies that took them the longest nights to uncover, lending their deeper for other’s gain, giving honest places instead of pretending castles, choosing right over success. This is such an inadequate thank you…. But truly, The Walk Through a Wedding Workshop was one of the wisest investments I’ve made in my business. Each penny spent, gave back the most incredible lessons, and I’ve walked away a different photographer… No a different person. Justin and Mary are world shaker’s.” -Meghan Murphy
“I really cannot even begin to express my overflowing gratitude that I have for the two of you. The last few days I have learned more, felt more and inhaled more than I have reading books, watching videos or learning from other peers. You both have an amazing gift and the most generous hearts that never stop giving. Your dedication to educating others goes beyond teaching…it pours into our souls. It creates a bond that feels fuzzy, warm and cozy. This was my official 1st workshop and if I go to any others in my journey they will hands down be paled in comparison to what you both gave me. Opening not only your home but your loving hearts made this workshop more of a retreat. A place to be real, get deep and cry in front of strangers. BUT those strangers were just like me and it eased the raw emotions I felt. This unbelievably humbling experience gave me hope, inspiration, momentum and most of all the strength to say “I am doing just fine” (Mary Quote). Mary and Justin – I will forever be grateful and deeply honored to call you my new friends.” -Tiffany Chapman
