What’s On Your Playlist??

Ok….so now that I have the workout from Esther, that immediately begs the questions what I should listen to while doing my desk dips.

So tell me….what are your favorite songs to workout to? When you pull up iTunes….What’s on your playlist?

I need your help….give me some great, pump-me-up songs to add to my workout playlist, and you will have my undying love forever!

  1. Justin

The ENTIRE Rocky IV soundtrack! Also, Call to Arms from Angels & Airwaves, Click Click Boom from Saliva, Space Lord from Monster Magnet, and just about anything Black Eyed Peas. Pre workout: the Top Gun theme song by Steve Stevens!

  2. Jacob Bergmeier

Here are three that I love to listen to —> "La La La" – LMAFO, "Out of Control" – Kenna, "Major Tom" – Shiny Toy Guns

  3. Karen (Mikols) Bonar

No music, just audio books. Listen to them while I edit/tone, also while I work out. :)

  4. Emily

Party in the USA by the lovely Miley Cyrus, hands down! And since you’re doing the workout at your desk, you should watch this epic video of the song while pumping the fictitious iron…or baby…or bag. :)

  5. Gwendolyn Tundermann

First song that I MUST hear is "Get Me Bodied" by Beyonce.

  6. Tira J

This is going to sound so 1999, but the old Jock Jams albums are some of my favorites still to this day. Of course, I love me some Keith Urban and Sugarland.

The two songs that immediately came to mind are Ke$ha "Tik Tok" and Duffy
"Mercy" (If its good enough for Jennifer Grey then it is def good enough for me- not sure if you are watching this season of Dancing with the Stars).
